I was having issues getting our propane stove to light, so I stopped yesterday at the shop and Mady gave me some tips to try and was super helpful! I tried them, and even called her once I was home to see if I was resetting everything correctly, which I had, still no luck. While on
our call, she suggested she could stop over today since she would be out on some other appointments and I gladly accepted. She called ahead, arrived promptly, and even made a call to the stores service technician and explained what was happening, and was able to determine the stove
needed a good cleaning with the possibility of a parts replacement, and she said that as soon as she got back to the store she would call me and schedule an appointment which she did. I can’t thank her enough for this kind of service, and would recommend this shop to anyone.
