Because of a past experience, I was hesitant to stop in at Keystone. But I'm very glad I chose to check it out despite history. Different ownership meant a completely different experience and we are now working with them on several fireplace replacements. The visit and service we received was excellent, we now have an appointment and we are now looking forward to working with them in the near future.

They do not sale the brand of Pellet stove anymore that I owned but they went above and beyond found the part that I need and ordered it for me.

They have a great selection of stoves/inserts! Their showroom manager is AMAZING!! She’s very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Keystones’s Fireplace and Stove to anyone looking to upgrade their fireplace system!

Mady from Keystone’s Fireplace and Stove came to my house today to instruct me on the use of my wood burning stove. She was knowledgeable, professional, articulate, intelligent and friendly. During a 30 minute visit she really helped me understand how to better use my wood burning stove.

Maddy and Matty are wonderful to work with. Very informative and solved a problem for us (a water jacket) that other businesses said they couldn't handle. I'm so excited to be able to use my wood stove once it's installed.

We recently purchased our wood pellet stove from Keystone's Fireplace and Stove and had it installed with its partner company, Anderson's Chimney and Masonry. I visited Keystone's Fireplace and Stove store on the Carlisle Pike and had a great customer experience with Maddy. She showed me two particular models that we were debating between. She was friendly and knowledgeable especially important when I (the customer) knew very little about pellet stoves. We had it efficiently installed in a half day (our fireplace was already set-up for a pellet stove insert), and we are waiting for the cold weather to kick in to enjoy it. Maddy is soon making a visit to our home to do a in-home heat consultation and review the pellet stove basics/cleaning, etc. Thank you Keystone Fireplace and Stove for the excellent service!

I was having issues getting our propane stove to light, so I stopped yesterday at the shop and Mady gave me some tips to try and was super helpful! I tried them, and even called her once I was home to see if I was resetting everything correctly, which I had, still no luck. While on our call, she suggested she could stop over today since she would be out on some other appointments and I gladly accepted. She called ahead, arrived promptly, and even made a call to the stores service technician and explained what was happening, and was able to determine the stove needed a good cleaning with the possibility of a parts replacement, and she said that as soon as she got back to the store she would call me and schedule an appointment which she did. I can't thank her enough for this kind of service, and would recommend this shop to anyone.
